Polyurethane Insulated Panels
Construction
- Insulated panels are formed from high density (40kg / sq.m) polyurethane foam, clad in galvanised steel with a white food-safe PVC coating
- Corrosion-resistant locks and receivers are included as an integral part of the panels at manufacture, which gives a tight and secure fit between panels in assembly
- All panels are formed with tongue and groove edges for rigidity in final assembly
- Internal corners are finished with PVC coving
- Panel joints are finished with food safe silicone containing fungicide
- All exposed edges are finished in black or white PVC coated galvanised steel sheet
- Bumper rails and fob boards supplied, as standard with beer rooms
Coldroom Insulated Doors:
- Doors can be supplied from either hinged or sliding
- Doors include locks with an internal release mechanism for added security and safety
- Door thickness are 60mm for high temperature applications and 80mm for low temperature
- In low temperature applications, (which are below 0 C) the door surround is fitted with a low voltage heater element which is to prevent the door freezing shut
- Standard doors are similar construction to wall panels
- Standard pipe sizes are 0.8m x 1.89m and 1.4m x 1.89m
- We cater for all requirements as off standard sizes can be made to order
Optional Extras:
- Butcher’s fittings, which includes overhead rails and side wall rails
- Free standing food quality Camshelving which are 12″, 16″, and 20″ wide
- Glass display doors and shelving
- Plastic curtains
Refrigeration and Equipment:
- Custom designed software is used to accurately size the equipment, which ensures optimum performance and efficiency
- We offer a full range of refrigeration plant and equipment, including electrical control panel
Floors:
- Standard floors are in 80mm or 100mm polyurethane panels, with 1.2mm galvanised steel finish for normal pedestrian traffic
- A reinforced floor with 2mm Aluminium tread-plate and 10mm marine plywood is available for heavier loads – such as pallet trucks
Sizing Options:
- Standard panel heights are 2.0m and 2.2m
- Panel thickness is 80mm for -18 C to +60 C and 100mm for -30 C to +60 C
- Modular construction which is based on 200mm increments, gives the flexibility to optimise the use of available space
Camshelving:
- The basic elements, durable in the extreme, can be assembled to meet a wide variety of applications
